Trophy Lake
We started on the back nine and the wind blew all day, but evidently some Ducks like that! All three of our individual winners scored in the net 60’s at Trophy Lake. Jeff Braden was the best of the bunch with a net 66 that gave him a whopping eight-stroke margin of victory over Michael Wu in the Hueys. Next up was Nick Nichols, whose net 67 was two strokes better than Tony Hansen in the Deweys. Roger Curran had a 68, which led Louies Greg Lesnar and Kyle Bissell, also by two strokes.
In the team game, Tony Hanson teamed with an officer for the best team score of 59, which was three strokes better than that officer and his partner (Dave Johnson and Dave Hardy) in the mid-handicap flight. Nick Nichols and Chuck Bauman topped Gene Hall and another fill-in officer in the high-handicap flight, while Jerome Gotz and Jeff Braden edged Vince Williams and Thurmon Young in the low-handicap flight.
Big winners in the skins game were Nick Simpson, Howard Veal and Jim Hansen. Top prizes in the Scrooge went to Nick Nichols, Dan Fehrenbacher and Howard Veal.

Mount Si
We’re taking a short trip east to play Mount Si. The format of this tournament is individual stroke play and four-Duck Best Ball. On each hole, take the best two net scores from your foursome. We will also have a skins competition within each division. Tee times and tournament details are now on our website. See you at Mount Si.

For our final points tournament of the season, we go down to Dupont to play The Home Course. The format of this tournament is individual stroke play and two-Duck Best Ball.
