Bellevue

Way back in June, we played Bellevue. Best round of that tournament was recorded by Rich Garrett, whose net 69 in the Huey division gave him a three stroke edge over runner-up Chris Smith. In the Louies, Henrik Molholt fired a 70, which topped Ron Gaudette by four strokes. Howard Veal won the Dewey division via the tiebreaker over Tyler Roush. In the team competition, Ian Farrell, Howard Veal, Vince Williams and Thurmon Young edged Curtis Soares, Nick Simpson, Rich Garrett and Bob Hager in the low-handicap flight, while Uffe Ostergaard, Henrik Molholt, Kenneth Olsen and Karlo Thornvig ran away from Michael Wu, Kyle Bissell, Tyler Roush and Jeffrey Hergert in the high-handicap flight.

Winners in the skins game were Hank Henry, Jim Naeve and John Smith. The Scrooge big bucks went to Nick Nichols, Philmore Redeau and Rich Garrett.

You can find all the winners on our website.

City of Roses Migratory

A bunch of Ducks, and a few stray guests, headed down to Portland for this year’s Migratory. We played Glendoveer West, the Pumpkin Ridge Ghost Creek course, and the North course at the Reserve. The weather was mostly cooperative (except for a couple short downpours at Pumpkin Ridge) and the courses provided worthy challenges for our flock. The individual winners were Chris Smith, Dan Flugstad and Don DeWeese. Team winners were Ward Groesbeck and Dan Fehrenbacher, Don DeWeese (with a little help from some fill-in officers), and Chris and John Smith.

You can find all the winners on our website.

Snohomish

It’s time to play at our official home course, Snohomish Golf Course. The format of this tournament is individual stroke play and four-Duck Best Ball. On each hole, take the two best net scores from your foursome. We will also have a skins competition within each division. Tee times and tournament details are now on our website. See you in Bellevue.

 Trophy Lake

After Snohomish, we head across Puget Sound to play Trophy Lake. The format of this tournament is individual stroke play and two-Duck Best Ball. On each hole, take the best net score from your twosome. We will also have a skins competition within each division. Entry forms are now on our website and are due ASAP, so sign up now!
